By submitting content or placing an order, you confirm that:

Apexio Packaging does not control or guarantee the accuracy of customer-submitted content and shall not be held responsible for any material submitted by users.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
By submitting content or placing an order, you grant Apexio Packaging a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, store, and process the submitted design for the purpose of producing and fulfilling print orders.
Apexio Packaging reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Apexio Packaging provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) unless otherwise specified. Customers requiring high-resolution design files may contact our support team for pricing and availability.
Customers must provide artwork in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Apexio Packaging is not responsible for:
Color variations caused by RGB to CMYK conversions
Low-quality images provided by customers
Artwork that prints fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to insufficient resolution
All orders require customer approval of the final artwork proof and job specification sheet before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
Design layout
Text accuracy
Spelling and grammar
Size and structural details
Delivery timelines
Once approved, the design will proceed to production exactly as confirmed.
Screen proofs are intended to show layout and design placement, not exact color output. Final printed colors may vary depending on printing materials and finishing processes such as lamination or coatings.
Unless specifically requested in writing, packaging materials are not guaranteed to be food-grade. Customers must notify Apexio Packaging before placing an order if food-safe materials are required.
Customers are responsible for final proof and layout approval before printing.
Apexio Packaging is not liable for errors caused by:
Incorrect graphics placement
Font issues
Spelling or grammatical errors
Incorrect folds or die-cuts
Incorrect final product size
Apexio Packaging reproduces colors as closely as possible based on the submitted print-ready files. However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in printing processes and materials.
Customers who require exact color matching should request a hardcopy proof for an additional charge.
Color accuracy is generally reproduced within 90% of the approved proof.
You agree to indemnify and defend Apexio Packaging, including its employees, partners, and affiliates, against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
Violations of these Terms and Conditions
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or protected material within submitted designs
Orders may be canceled depending on the stage of production.
Production stages include:
Order placement
Design processing
Printing process
Shipping
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
All design service orders are non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed.
Because all products are custom-manufactured, all sales are considered final.
If an error occurs due to a mistake by Apexio Packaging, we may offer a reprint or adjustment for future orders. Refunds are generally not issued.
Customers must report any defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery.
Replacement requests may require customers to return the majority of the delivered items with prior authorization.
Charges for rush production or expedited shipping are non-refundable.
Shipping timelines are calculated after final proof approval.
Production and delivery schedules may vary depending on order specifications and logistics. While Apexio Packaging strives to meet estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Weather conditions
Shipping carrier delays
Customs clearance issues
Technical production delays
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees associated with international shipments.
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 3 business days.
Apexio Packaging is not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Industry standards allow for ±5% quantity variation in printed orders.
All services and content on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Apexio Packaging does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions or errors.
Under no circumstances shall Apexio Packaging or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
